Mag Drive Self-Priming
Chemical Pump
Chemical transfer pump
Thermoplastic casing, up to 60 m³/h

"MSP-N series centrifugal monoblock, self-priming magnetic drive pump is specially designed for demanding installations; in particular, it is used where the water level remains below the pump suction. After the feed chamber is filled for the first time, it can feed from a negative suction head of 4 meters.
In order to solve the problems caused by mechanical seal leaks and resulting in serious environmental pollution, the rotation of the impeller is provided by the movement transmitted from the coupling through magnetic induction.
Application
Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl), Nitric Acid (HNO3), Caustic Soda (NaOH), Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4), Ferric Chloride (ZnCl2), etc.
Construction
The parts in contact with the liquid are made of plastic block (PP, PVDF) and the gaskets are made of (EPDM, FPM, FEP, FFKM).

Construction Material
Chemical transfer pumps are manufactured from materials with high chemical and mechanical resistance such as PP, PE, PVDF, FRP.
PP
PE-UHMW
0/+90 °C
-30/+90 °C
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. It has high mechanical and temperature resistance.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE, UHMW).
It provides very high chemical and mechanical resistance.
PVDF
-20/+120 °C
-20/+120 °C
FRP
Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer.
PVDF is a specialty plastic used in applications requiring resistance to solvents, acids and hydrocarbons.
Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP; Fiber reinforced plastic) is a composite material made from a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres.
It is used in processes requiring mechanical and chemical resistance.

Construction

01
PP or PVDF casing.
02
Centrifugal impeller made of PP or PVDF; It is offered as a semi-open model for particle-laden fluids and a closed model for pumping high-temperature solutions.
03
A rotor with a central hole, made of PP or PVDF material, is used to lubricate the rear guide bushings and balance the impeller. The inner magnetic core contains steel support and magnetic rods made of Nd-Fe-B and is completely coated with thermoplastic material for protection from the rotor.
04
Guide bushings made of PTFE CG (SiC available on request) rotate integrally with the rotor.
05
The outer magnetic core with Nd-Fe-B magnetic rods rotating with the motor transmits the motion to the rotor.
06
Flanges made of glass fiber reinforced PP, internally reinforced with steel.
07
Intermediate adapter with strong design in G25 gray cast iron, equipped with support legs.
08
SiC guide bushings (Al2O3 available on request).
09
IEC three-phase asynchronous electric motor (NEMA available on request).
