MMB-N series centrifugal monoblock magnetic drive pump is designed to solve the problems caused by mechanical seal leaks, resulting in serious environmental pollution. The rotation of the wheel is achieved by the movement transmitted from the coupling via magnetic induction.
Application
Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl), Nitric Acid (HNO3), Caustic Soda (NaOH), Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4), Ferric Chloride (ZnCl2), etc.
Construction
The parts in contact with the liquid are made of plastic block (PP, PVDF) and the gaskets are made of (EPDM, FPM, FEP, FFKM).

In the 65-125 and 65-160 series, the body is made of machining from PP or PVDF blocks, and in the 25-125, 32-125, 40-130, 40-160 and 50-160 pump models, the body is injection molded.

Centrifugal impeller made of PP or PVDF; It is offered as a semi-open model for particle-laden fluids and a closed model for pumping high-temperature solutions.

A rotor with a central hole, made of PP or PVDF material, is used to lubricate the rear guide bushings and balance the impeller. The inner magnetic core contains steel support and magnetic rods made of Nd-Fe-B and is completely coated with thermoplastic material for protection from the rotor.

Guide bushings made of PTFE CG (SiC available on request) rotate integrally with the rotor.

The outer magnetic core with Nd-Fe-B magnetic rods rotating with the motor transmits the motion to the rotor.

Flanges made of glass fiber reinforced PP, internally reinforced with steel.

Intermediate adapter with strong design in G25 gray cast iron, equipped with support legs.
